At the core of every Forever flag is a 2-ply Hi-Wind spun polyester fabric, woven in a rugged 2x2 construction to withstand high winds, harsh weather, and constant outdoor exposure.
Unlike cotton flags that fade and tear quickly, this advanced polyester fabric:
Holds color significantly longer
Resists fraying and fly-end failure
Maintains a rich, traditional look and feel
Every seam and hem is reinforced with precision lock stitching, using color-matched thread for both strength and appearance.
Exclusive Fly-End Reinforcement
What truly sets the Forever Series apart is Flagman’s exclusive vertical fly-end reinforcement.
An additional row of heavy-duty vertical stitching is added at the whip corner — the area where flags most commonly fail. This dramatically reduces fly-end tattering and extends the usable life of the flag far beyond ordinary construction.
This is not a cosmetic upgrade. It is a structural one.
