Flagman of America offers custom flags, banners, and other products manufactured or modified to customer specifications.
When submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, or other materials for reproduction, you represent that you own the materials or have obtained the permissions necessary for the requested use.
You agree not to submit materials for reproduction in violation of applicable intellectual-property laws or restrictions governing official insignia, emblems, or other protected designs.
We may request documentation of authorization before accepting or producing a custom order. We may decline or cancel an order if required permissions cannot be verified.
Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of its respective owner. By providing artwork for an order, you grant Flagman of America and its production partners a limited permission to use, reproduce, adjust, and transmit the materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate, prepare, manufacture, and fulfill the requested products.
This permission does not authorize Flagman of America to use your custom artwork for unrelated marketing or resale without an appropriate basis or separate permission.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, spelling, dimensions, layout, and other specifications when approval is requested.
If you identify an error in a proof, please notify us before approving it. Additional revisions or changes after approval may involve additional costs or production delays.

9. Flagpole Products, Installation & Services
Flagpoles, mounting equipment, and related accessories must be selected, installed, used, and maintained appropriately for their intended applications.
Customers should follow applicable manufacturer instructions, building requirements, and safety guidance.
Flagpole installation, repair, and maintenance services may be subject to separate written quotations, service agreements, site conditions, and scheduling arrangements.
Any specific service warranties, exclusions, or responsibilities will be described in the applicable service documentation.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or legal rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
