- As of 5-20-20, our Showroom in Avon is OPEN to the public. Masks are required and distance markers are on the flooring. We would prefer to do as many orders over the phone and leave them in the pickup area.

- Online & Phone Pickup orders are at 22 East Main Street, Avon CT. We have a front porch area that is enclosed where orders will be placed. For customers whom completely need to avoid the public, please call us when you arrive in our parking lot and we will bring your order out to your car.
- Orders are still being shipped Monday-Friday. Your order will be processed and shipped by 1 of 2 individuals still working at our facility who are (to the best of their knowledge) 100% healthy and virus free.

- Returned orders & products may be delayed in processing.
- We are still performing flagpole installs, repairs & service work per usual
- Our seamstresses have returned as of 6-5-20 so all orders currently back ordered will be worked on in order they were placed, we apologize for the inconvenience in delays.
