📏 How to Measure Your Flagpole

Don’t Measure the Wrong Way, This Matters

Many people wrap a tape or rope around their flagpole and get the circumference, but what you actually need is the diameter.

✅ Here’s How to Do It Correctly:

Use this formula:

Diameter = Circumference ÷ 3.14

Example:

  • Measured around pole: 27"
  • 27 ÷ 3.14 = ~8.6"
  • You would choose a 9" compatible collar

👉 When in doubt, size slightly up for proper fit.
