I bought my favorite Annin Brand flag with a new pole and bracket from Flagman and I absolutely love everything.

I was excited to order the flag from a company stating that all items were made in America. While true, unfortunately when the flag pole set arrived i was disappointed to find out that the brackets to fasten the flag to the pole were cheap plastic and will likely get brittle and break when exposed to the hot North Carolina sun. When i tried to tighten the plastic screws down the cheap plastic material was stripped by the screwdriver. Disappointing.

So far so good, hasn’t tangled yet. I’m on a windy bend in the street I live on. Love it

Good flag for the price. Lost a star because there are no instructions including and because there are plastic parts that we find disappointing for a company of such such high standing. Nice flag though, for sure.

I feel like I was ripped off the pole I was sent was bent before it ever got to me when I called. They told me how this was a heavy duty pole. If you look at it, it is thinner wall than your shower curtain rod is it is not heavy duty so they sent me a new replacement which was an aluminum one. It is cheaper than the first one I paid $120 for ridiculous. I would not buy from this company again ever. I tried to upload photos of the flagpole itself, but for whatever reason the review will not allow me to upload a photo, but you can take my word for it that it is junk. The flag seems to be nice, but either of the two poles that I was sent were both literally less heavy duty than your shower curtain rod is.

They Kit is great. However I had to pay $23.24 for postage to get it from the Mail Woman! I have emailed with no response back. Very disappointed on no reply and having to pay $23.24 to get my kit. I could have refused it and should have at this point. Not Happy!

Everyone at Flagman of America is wonderful! our first experience was when they installed a flagpole at our home in West Hartford on September 11, 2001. Little did we know what the day would bring. They have taken care of us for 25 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love buying local. Flagpole is great. The plastic screw heads were too small for the grommets in my existing 3x5 standard flag. Had to go get new clear plastic screws with larger head. Otherwise it’s perfect. 👍

The best set up for this application bar none!

Everything is great, but I didn't like the lack of even a simple one page instruction sheet on how to mount the two flag rings. Being I never saw that before, and they give you two of them, (I guess a good thing), I wasn't quite sure exactly how to install them, and if both were supposed to bed used at the same or not. If not, should I mount the other one below the flag? I'm sure the mfg has a good idea of what it's supposed to be like, but I didn't, and couldn't find even a close-up on their website. Also, I hope they'll last, but the plastic looks a bit weak to me. (Is that why there's two?) For that price, I'd prefer Clear instructions, and stainless steel or brass flag retainers. I WILL say that my flag hasn't twisted once or one bit.
