This Set Includes: SEWN Heavy Duty Black & White Checkered, SEWN Passing (Blue Flag with Yellow Diagonal Stripe, Solid Green, Solid Yellow, Solid Red, Solid White and Solid Black.
Fabric for all Flags:
Heavy Duty Nylon is commonly used to make flags for outdoor use. Built to hold up to the elements it is slightly heavier than rip-stop allowing it to take more punishment. The gold standard for flaggers everywhere.
Lightweight Rip-Stop is the lighter of the 2 materials. It cleans much easier than the Heavy Duty Nylon because the dirt cannot stick to it making it ideal for dirt tracks. The lighter weight makes the flag easier on the wrist when in use and is still very strong. Used by flaggers everywhere.
Mounting:
Stapled to 5/8" Dowel: If this option is chosen, we staple the race flags to a perfectly smooth hard wood dowel with rounded ends. (Please note, the dowel sticks out about 6", if you would like it trimmed down, we can do so at no extra charge)
Velcro: We sew velcro tabs inside the sleeve of your flag and staple the other side to the dowel. This keeps flags secure but also allows removal for cleaning and or storage. Velcro options are MADE TO ORDER with a 3-5 Business Day Leadtime
Unmounted: This option includes NO dowel. The flags comes with a 1.5" white sleeve (closed at the top) for the user to insert any dowel of their choosing. (Please note, if you require a different size sleeve, we can do so at no extra charge)
Pole Sleeve Options:
Heavy Duty Canvas is a standard white flag finishing options used for outdoor flags to hold up to the elements.
Color Matching Nylon is decorative option made from the same material as the flag made into a pole sleeve. This option is has a 3-5 Day Leadtime and is NOT Warrantied.
Flag Substitutions: Flags of only EQUAL value can be substituted. For example, a printed passing flag can be swapped for a second printed checkered. Or a solid red flag can be substituted for a second yellow flag. What CANNOT be done is swap a solid color flag for a PRINTED flag. For example, you cannot request to swap a green flag for a printed checkered flag.
