Heavy-Duty Polyester Construction

Each PolyTough™ flag begins with a tightly woven 2-ply spun polyester fabric, chosen for strength, weight, and longevity. While it closely resembles the look and feel of traditional cotton, polyester offers significantly better resistance to:

To ensure long service life, all seams and hems are reinforced using multiple rows of precision lock stitching, with back-tacked corners where wear is most likely to begin.

6-Month Repair or Replace Warranty

We stand behind this flag.

If your PolyTough™ flag experiences normal wear failure within six months of purchase, we will repair or replace it according to our warranty policy. This level of backing reflects our confidence in the materials and craftsmanship used in every flag.

Warranty Coverage:

• If the flag can be repaired, we will hem or fix it at no additional cost to you and ship it back promptly.
  
• If the flag cannot be repaired and the issue is not due to external factors like extreme weather, highway use, or physical damage, we will replace the flag at no charge.
  

Warranty Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover fading of colors due to exposure to sunlight, as fading is a natural occurrence over time.
  

To request a warranty service, please ship the flag back to us along with proof of purchase, and our team will evaluate the issue.
