Shipping and Return Policy

• Shipping charges for all products will be FOB, Avon Connecticut.
• We make every effort to insure that freight rates listed on the web site are accurate, but we reserve the right to adjust them at the time of shipment in order to reflect actual shipping charges, fuel surcharges and special delivery charges to certain zip codes.
• We calculate the shipping costs based on number of packages, and final weight of your order. Flagman of America reserves the right to increase or decrease the actual shipping charges depending on carrier changes, order weight, destination, tax changes, or carrier rate increases or surcharges.
• Shipping costs are assessed at the time of order, and are based on the shipping method you select. All orders placed will be confirmed at the point of sale.
• Over 95% of our orders are shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST are processed the next business day unless our Customer Service department is contacted directly at 1 800-835-2462 with a rush order request.
• Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground service is the preferred method of delivery for the most reliable and economical shipping to commercial & residential addresses.
• FedEx Ground shipping will usually deliver in 2-4 days for most destinations in the lower 48 states. The vast majority of our products items are most economically shipped by FedEx. Orders over 200 lbs. or larger sized items like commercial flagpoles are generally shipped via motor freight.
• Our Customer service is second to none. We will notify you by phone or email if we expect a shipment delay.
• Flagman of America will not be liable for delays in delivery or unsuccessful deliveries due to matters beyond our control.
• We will send an email shipping notification to you at the time of shipment to the email address you provide.
• Email order confirmations will be sent to you, immediately upon order placement.
