Return Policy

Flagman.com is committed to our customer satisfaction. Please call our return Dept.  1-800-835-2462, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or email us anytine at info@flagman.com

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:  As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

 

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

All stock products sold by Flagman.com qualify for 100% refund or exchange within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please call 1-800-835-2462 to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, we will be unable to refund your order. Original shipping charges can not be refunded. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships, Unless your product has a warranty over 30 days.

RETURN PACKAGING:

We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

 

CLEARANCE PRODUCTS:


Clearance products are sold as is and are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

  • All in ground flagpoles do not qualify for free freight.
  • All picture frames and artwork do not qualify for free freight.
  • All flag display cases do not qualify for free freight.
  • Shipping charges for all products will be FOB, Avon Connecticut.
  • We make every effort to insure that freight rates listed on the web site are accurate, but we reserve the right to adjust them at the time of shipment in order to reflect actual shipping charges, fuel surcharges and special delivery charges to certain zip codes.
  • We calculate the shipping costs based on number of packages, and final weight of your order. Flagman of America reserves the right to increase or decrease the actual shipping charges depending on carrier changes, order weight, destination, tax changes, or carrier rate increases or surcharges.
  • Shipping costs are assessed at the time of order, and are based on the shipping method you select. All orders placed will be confirmed at the point of sale.
  • Over 95% of our orders are shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST are processed the next business day unless our Customer Service department is contacted directly at 1 800-835-2462 with a rush order request.
  • Standard Shipping: UPS Ground service is the preferred method of delivery for the most reliable and economical shipping to commercial & residential addresses.
  • UPS Ground shipping will usually deliver in 2-4 days for most destinations in the lower 48 states. The vast majority of our products items are most economically shipped by UPS. Orders over 200 lbs. or larger sized items like commercial flagpoles are generally shipped via motor freight.
  • Our Customer service is second to none. We will notify you by phone or email if we expect a shipment delay.
  • Flagman of America will not be liable for delays in delivery or unsuccessful deliveries due to matters beyond our control.
  • We will send an email shipping notification to you at the time of shipment to the email address you provide.
  • Email order confirmations will be sent to you, immediately upon order placement.

Coupon Policy

  • We only accept coupons for merchandise that we sell
  • Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase
  • Only one coupon allowed per transaction
  • We do accept competitor coupons, but store managers have the final say in taking care of the customer
  • Coupons with expiration dates must be presented within the valid dates
  • Orders placed with Free Shipping coupons will be shipped using the speed/service of Flagman of Americas choosing

Forever Flag Policy

  • Flagman of America is NOT responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facilities
  • We can put your shipping account in our system to ship the Forever Flags on
  • Flags may be dropped off at our facility to be repaired and picked up
  • Forever flags will be repaired UNTIL the flag would no longer be proper
  • Any Forever flag can and will be repaired as many times as the customer would like no matter how little the damage to the flag (until the flag is no longer proper)
  • Forever Flag policy covers not only damage to the fly end but also the heading & grommets
  • Flags MUST have the "Forever" label on them to qualify for the free the services
  • If a "Forever" label is damaged or coming off we can replace it at no charge
