1)Tru-image® Digitally Printed flags are manufactured on our state of the art digital Dream Machine. This flag maker produces high resolution images that penetrate completely through the flag for brilliant colors and a soft supple feel. Never stiff or "Boardy." We use only the highest quality Dupont Solar Max nylon for excellent color retention & wear-indoors or out.

This process doesn't penetrate color through the material-yet it will wear tough and long inside or out. Perfect for multi colors and fine detail or if the colors are gradients, shaded, or halftones. 3)Appliqued Nylon Flags&Banners are made with the "Old World Tradition" of Betsy Ross.They start with your design being cut from colored cloth. Then it is hand sewn by our highly skilled craftspeople onto a nylon or Heavy Duty polyester background. The result is truly a work of art which yields a rich 3-dimensional appearance. It is like making a "stained glass window" in cloth.
Key Benefits: This is a great choice if you "need it fast".Use when you have smaller quantities, and the design is moderately detailed with solid colors. Perfect for indoor flags&banners that are viewed close up so as to appreciate the impressive workmanship. Also used for those large flags 8'x12' & up that are too big to print. 4)Screen Printing is a process where dyes are squeezed through a meshed frame onto a nylon or polyester flag/banner.The result is bright durable color which penetrates completely through the flag. It has a soft feel or "hand"- just like a fine shirt or tie.
Use Where: you need larger quantities and when the lowest cost is important. Use when the colors in your design number 4 or less solid spot colors. Minimums & screen charges do apply with this process. Not suitable for "1 up orders"

5)Embroidery is where your design is sewn completely using only colored threads. This is product is simply unsurpassed in quality. Made from the most costly bridal satin or twill. The end result is a rich tapestry your company or organization will be proud to display. Because this product is highly labor intensive use where "only the very best" will do and cost is no object.
Use Where: you need small quantities or just 1 . Best for Parade flags & Parade Lead banners or Indoor banners for the Hall, Stage, Meeting Room or Foyer. Use wherever the ultimate luxury symbol is needed.
